Please review the following basic rules that govern the use of the site. (the "Agreement"). Please note that your use of the site constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use.
Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you.

Use of Our Services
All of the content you see and hear on the Site, including, for example, all of the page headers, images, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, and text are subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, copyright and/or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by Hooshops. The entire content of the Site is copyrighted as a collective work under HK copyright laws, and coordination, arrangement and enhancement of the content.

Pricing Policy
At Hooshops, our commitment is to offer convenience, service, and product availability on-line at compelling prices every day, with certain limited time offerings at promotional prices.

 

Colors
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Error
The information of the Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not fully satisfied with your Hooshops purchase you may return it with the original Hooshops packing receipt. Please see our Return Policy.

E-Gift Cards

By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to the terms and conditions that apply to that Gift Card.

If you are purchasing the Gift Card for another user, you should inform the user that they will be bound by the Gift Card’s terms and conditions.

Please take notice of any expiry date applicable to the Gift Card. The Gift Card user should use the full value of the Gift Card before the card’s expiry date.

E-Gift Cards are available in amounts from $50 - $150. E-Gift Cards are sent to the email address used on the order and can be used for online purchases only at Hooshops.com. All orders containing Gift Cards are subject to being held for fraud review.

The E-Gift Card is just like cash and buyer is responsible for its safe keeping at all times. If your card is lost or stolen, unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund it.

Gift Cards / eGift Cards are non-refundable. Gift Cards / eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Hooshops will only offer a refund on a Gift Card when a Gift Card is not fit for purpose due to a technical fault such as the Gift Card not scanning correctly, or the Gift Card’s PIN being illegible. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain a refund in these circumstances. Refunds cannot be given for change of mind purchases.

Our normal return policies apply. Just present the order with your Gift Card and receipt to our customer service via: service@hooshops.com.

Hooshops would like to remind customers to be alert to phone scammers impersonating agencies or businesses. Please be aware that Government departments and/or legitimate businesses will never demand payment with iTunes or other gift cards.

Privacy and Data Protection
The personal information collected from you in connection with the site, including but not limited to information regarding purchases, will be used and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Events Beyond Our Control
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen.
Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

Notice of Changes
The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site.
If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by e-mail or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change.
