PLACING AN ORDER

How to order?

You can follow the steps below to place order:

(1) Choose the products you’re interested in

(2) Choose the Color, Size and quantity you want (Please read the size fit guide and size chart info carefully)

(3) Add the item to Cart and then go to Shop Cart (upper right corner)

(4) Confirm the order information in the shop Cart

(5) Choose “View Cart/Checkout”

(6) Checkout with Paypal Express Checkout or Proceed to Pay

(7) Fill in your shipping address as detailed as you can

(8) Choose your favorite shipping method

(9) Checkout to complete the payment

You will get an order #NO. After you complete the order process, and you will also get an email informing your order details so please make sure you filled the correct email address when you place order. If you did not receive the email, please check your junk mail first, if it is still not there, please contact our customer service via service@hooshops.com.

NOTE: We will begin to process your order upon receipt of your payment.

How to use the code?

You can directly use coupon to buy any products in our store, you will see an option of "Enter your coupon code" at the address page, fill in the coupon code we give to you, then "Apply", you will see the coupon amount deducted from your total order amount, then continue to pay.

1)For every coupon code, you can only apply it when you place the order, but cannot use it after placing the order

2)You can only use one coupon at a time

How to choose your size?

“Size Chart” with detailed product measurements is included on each product page.

We recommend you use “Size Chart” to better determine your ideal size.

As a note, these are measurements for item itself. You can compare these measurements to similar pieces you already own.

What if the item I’m interested in is no longer available in my size?

New items can be sold out rather quickly, but we may get more soon! Please contact our customer care department via email and we will do our best to notify you if the item becomes available again. Please include the email address for reaching you when the item becomes available.

What payment methods do we accept?

For the payment methods, we accept Paypal and Credit Card (includes Visa, Mastercard and Amex), you can choose the one which is convenient to you.

Note: We do not support cash on delivery, we will prepare the items and arrange shipment to you after you complete the payment online.

What shipping methods are available?

We offer standard shipping for orders over US$69. It costs 1-3 business days of processing time and 12-20 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 15-20 business days.

Note: Affected by the coronavirus epidemic, it may lead to extension of the delivery time.

How much the shipping fee?

The shipping fee depends on the weight of the parcel and your exact location, you will see the shipping fee before the payment. And you can enjoy a free shipping if your order over certain amount (you will see on the site-wide banner).

Why am I still being charged for shipping of big orders?

Please kindly check whether you have applied the coupon code. If the final price after coupon is less than the free shipping standard, there will be shipping charge.

Can I get more information on a product?

We try to publish as much useful info as we can about all our products, to help you buy the things that will suit you best. The product page for every item includes sizing, a detailed description, care instructions, and most importantly, plenty of images. How do I track my order?

  1. A) Please kindly click on "Order Tracking" feature at the bottom menu on our website, then Enter your Tracking NO. you've get , you'll see the option to track each shipment.
  2. B) Once it be shipped out, we will email you the tracking number, if you did not get, then please try to find the email on your junk email box or contact us with your order placement email address or order number, we will check for you.

Why do I only receive part of my order?

The processing time for different item various, so in order to let you get some items earlier, we sent the available items to you first, then the rest items later. And you do not need to pay any extra shipping fee.

Why my order delivery information stops updating?

Sometimes logistics information doesn’t update timely, maybe you can re-check your latest information within 4-5 bussiness days.

Need to change something in my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once the parcel was shipped out from our warehouse, we will be unable to make any changes.

Why the color of received clothing is a little different from what I saw online?

The camera's perspective and the extent of lighting may cause a little color difference. Hope you could understand this. However, we will try our best to avoid the matter happens.

Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.

You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.

E-Gift Cards Questions

By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to the terms and conditions that apply to that Gift Card.

If you are purchasing the Gift Card for another user, you should inform the user that they will be bound by the Gift Card’s terms and conditions.

Please take notice of any expiry date applicable to the Gift Card. The Gift Card user should use the full value of the Gift Card before the card’s expiry date.

E-Gift Cards are available in amounts from $50 - $150. E-Gift Cards are sent to the email address used on the order and can be used for online purchases only at Hooshops.com. All orders containing Gift Cards are subject to being held for fraud review.

The E-Gift Card is just like cash and buyer is responsible for its safe keeping at all times. If your card is lost or stolen, unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund it.

Gift Cards / eGift Cards are non-refundable. Gift Cards / eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Hooshops will only offer a refund on a Gift Card when a Gift Card is not fit for purpose due to a technical fault such as the Gift Card not scanning correctly, or the Gift Card’s PIN being illegible. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain a refund in these circumstances. Refunds cannot be given for change of mind purchases.

For each shirts, we recycled about 5 plastic bottles. Sizes larger may need more plastic bottles.
